Shipping/Delivery Info: Please note that we may ship either UPS ground insured or USPS Priority Mail insured at our discretion to all US zip codes. Ground orders will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt. Please allow 4-7 business days for your order to arrive. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days for calculating shipping and arrival dates. Please remember that these are just approximations, shipping charges are based on weight values. Thanks!
Orders upgraded from ground shipping must be received by 12:00 Noon SMT (Arizona) to ship the same day.
Shipments to Canada: Please note that we are not responsible for any import fees, duties or taxes. We currently ship only expedited service to Canada via USPS Global Priority. Prices quoted and payments to be made in US dollars only.
None Our 21 day money back guarantee means that we will accept your return for any reason and issue a refund to your credit card for the merchandise returned (shipping and gift wrap charges are excluded from refund) subject to the following conditions: All returns must be in their original unworn condition, tags, tickets, hang tags still attached and in their original packaging (plastic bags, hangers, etc.)There is a 25% restocking fee, no exceptions. Please note that shipping charges and gift wrap charges are not refundable. Holiday merchandise is final sale as of the date of the holiday. This includes velvet dresses, Easter dresses and holiday outfits. All non-conforming items (ie worn, tags missing, etc) or late return requests will be considered final sale and a return authorization will not be issued. Gift recipients may return for exchange only. We advise using an insured carrier that includes package tracking to guarantee that your return has arrived. Credit can not be issued if a return is lost in transit. (If you need to file a claim with the carrier, you may call or email us for help or guidance.) All returns must be received within 21 days of your original order date. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
