We will use UPS ground service or Priority Mail via the US Postal Service where possible so your order can be tracked. Once we ship your order, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your packages' progress to delivery.

We do not drop ship items like some of our competition. Nor do we offer items for presale, hoping to get orders and then placing our commitments with the manufacturer.
